The Challenge

Warehouse operators had underutilised space they couldn't monetise. Businesses needing storage had no visibility into what was available.

On one side: warehouse operators with underutilised floor space and no efficient way to list, price, or manage external bookings. On the other: logistics and e-commerce businesses that needed flexible, short-term pallet storage but had no way to find available space without making dozens of phone calls. The gap between supply and demand existed entirely because there was no platform connecting them. We were engaged to build that platform.

Full visibility from booking through check-in, active storage, and check-out — with automated status notifications keeping both parties informed throughout.
Integrated Payment & Verification
