The Challenge

In a large warehouse, time spent searching for items was measurable — and entirely avoidable.

The client operated a large storage facility where staff regularly needed to locate specific items across hundreds of racks and shelf positions. Navigation relied on printed floor plans, institutional knowledge, and verbal directions from experienced staff. New team members took weeks to become independently productive. Layout changes made printed maps obsolete immediately, creating a compounding accuracy problem.
